Ryan McCarty is a real estate industry leader, entrepreneur, and business development professional with more than 20 years of experience building relationships, growing organizations, recruiting talent, and supporting real estate professionals throughout California.

Ryan began his career in the Antelope Valley in 2004 as a residential real estate agent, selling 33 homes in his first year and eventually building a team that handled more than 200 transactions annually during the foreclosure market. He earned his California real estate Broker’s license in 2008 and owned and operated his own brokerage before his career evolved from personal sales into leadership, recruiting, coaching, and organizational growth.

Over the next decade, Ryan held leadership roles with Keller Williams offices in Walnut Creek, Elk Grove, and San Francisco, where he recruited hundreds of real estate professionals and helped grow productive and profitable organizations. After returning to the Antelope Valley in 2022, he continued focusing on real estate leadership, business development, and entrepreneurship. His experience across multiple sides of the industry has given him a unique understanding of the challenges agents and brokers face in building and sustaining their businesses.

Ryan is excited to bring that experience and perspective to SoCal Title, combining what he has spent more than two decades doing—building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping real estate professionals grow—with an opportunity to expand his knowledge of the title industry and contribute to SoCal Title’s continued growth.

At the center of Ryan’s career is a simple belief: real estate is a relationship business. His approach has always been to bring people together, provide value, build trust, and create opportunities for everyone at the table.

Outside of business, Ryan is a father of four—three daughters and one son—and a proud grandfather. Family remains an important part of who he is and a driving force behind everything he continues to build.
