Megan Petty brings more than 20 years of experience and a family legacy to the title industry. A third-generation title professional, she began her career in 2005 as a customer service representative at Chicago Title. She joined Title365 in 2012 and, by 2014, was serving as a Title Assistant on one of the industry’s largest, highest-volume title units.

In 2021, Megan advanced to a Senior Title Officer role at a premier title company. She now brings her experience and dedication to SoCal Title, where she is a trusted resource for clients and colleagues.

Born and raised in the Greater Los Angeles area, Megan lives in the Antelope Valley with her husband and their two young sons.
