Raised in a gang-impacted and impoverished neighborhood, John grew up facing adversity with a father in and out of prison and a determined single mother who worked tirelessly to support two boys on her own. Despite the challenges, John defied the odds—earning a place on the Dean’s List at a private university and building a foundation of discipline, drive, and resilience that would define his career.
Introduced to real estate investment at a young age, John quickly demonstrated exceptional talent and ambition, becoming the youngest property manager in his company’s history at just 19 years old. Today, he’s recognized as an expert in real estate acquisition, business development, and leadership, with a proven ability to drive growth and increase overall revenue.
John’s true passion lies in helping people and businesses reach their full potential—guiding them toward meaningful, measurable success.
Outside the office, John enjoys spending time with his family, target shooting, training in Muay Thai, and fishing.
