Raised in a gang-impacted and impoverished neighborhood, John grew up facingadversity with a father in and out of prison and a determined single mother whoworked tirelessly to support two boys on her own. Despite the challenges, Johndefied the odds—earning a place on the Dean’s List at a private university andbuilding a foundation of discipline, drive, and resilience that would definehis career.
Introduced to real estate investment at a young age, John quicklydemonstrated exceptional talent and ambition, becoming the youngest propertymanager in his company’s history at just 19 years old. Today, he’s recognizedas an expert in real estate acquisition, business development, and leadership,with a proven ability to drive growth and increase overall revenue.

Outside the office, John enjoys spending time with his family, targetshooting, training in Muay Thai, and fishing.
